False accusations, groundless accusations, unfounded accusations, false allegations, false claims, and so forth.

Here are a few things Phil Hendrie and his stooges have been engaged in for years:

Allegations that are completely false in that the events that were alleged did not occur.
Allegations that describe events that did occur, but were perpetrated by an individual who is not accused, and in which the accused person is innocent.
Allegations that are partially true and partially false, in that it mixes descriptions of events that actually happened with other events that did not occur.

A false allegation can occur as the result of intentional lying on the part of the accuser; or unintentionally, due to a confabulation, either arising spontaneously due to mental illness  or resulting from deliberate or accidental suggestive questioning, or faulty interviewing techniques. Researchers Poole and Lindsay suggested in 1997 applying separate labels to the two concepts, proposing the term “false allegations” be used specifically when the accuser is aware they are lying, and “false suspicions” (weasel word phrase; dissimulation) for the wider range of false accusations in which suggestive questioning may have been involved.

By now Phil Hendrie must be intentionally spreading lies at least part of the time.  His whole career consisted of him being dishonest to his listeners and talking to himself.  Probably started out as confabulation due to mental illness and drug abuse.  Because Phil Hendrie (unless he is completely mentally incapacitated) must know by now that many of his claims are false, he must therefore be knowingly engaging in false allegations at this point.

He keeps blathering on about “criminal stalking”.

In 1999, Pathe, Mullen and Purcell wrote that popular interest in stalking was promoting false claims. In 2004, Sheridan and Blaauw said that they estimated that 11.5% of claims in a sample of 357 reported claims of stalking were false.

Phil Hendrie would fit well into that 11.5%.  Then again, there is his obvious narcissistic rage:

Rage by a narcissist is directed towards the person that they feel has slighted them. This rage impairs their cognition, therefore impairing their judgment. During the rage, they are prone to shouting, fact distortion and making groundless accusations.

Textbook definition of the guy.  Of note is the fact that he is the one initiating groundless accusations.  I’m merely responding to his insanity.  Yet somehow I’m the angry one.  Interesting.

Psychological projection can be established as a means of obtaining or justifying certain actions that would normally be found atrocious or heinous. This often means projecting false accusations, information, etc., onto an individual for the sole purpose of maintaining a self-created illusion.

That seems to apply.

I have been asking the guy for a shred of credible evidence other than that he claims an anonymous ‘bounty hunter’ gave him my name in 2013.  No further information has been forthcoming.

The guy he claims I am stated in a forum post in 2005 that he had lived in Phoenix, AZ for four years.

That is at least 2001 or prior.  I did not live in Phoenix until 2004 and moved away in 2010.  Of course, throughout 2013 and 2014 Phil Hendrie thought I still lived in Arizona (and/or California, Utah, Washington, and Alabama “with my tribe”, whatever that means…).

While I was in basic military training in 2010, the person Phil Hendrie hates was actively posting on forums on the internet.  There was no internet access in 2010 where I was in basic training.  In fact, writing a letter was a rarity.  But Phil Hendrie does not care about facts.  So here is another fact.  In 2010, the person he hates declared that he was almost 40.  I was 34 in 2010.  But math never was Phil Hendrie’s strong suit.

That also goes for his web stooges.  The level of gullibility is astounding.  There were no accusations flung at me before Phil Hendrie was duped by a ‘bounty hunter’.  After he started using my name as a target, these real pillars of society and arm-chair detectives came scampering from whatever basement they dwell in.  Here is one champ:

Looks like a genius, right?  “Bob Shooton”  I’m sure.  Read all about him.  Not a droop-eyed slack-jaw at all.  Looks like he enjoys a meal, just like Phil Hendrie.  Lets take a stroll down Bob Shooton lane for a moment, shall we?

So, in conclusion, this is the Magnum P.I. hot on my trail in defense of Phil Hendrie’s “honor”.  Facts are no obstacle for “Bob Shooton” and his anonymous hunchback, working tirelessly behind the scenes to get “justice” for some washed up hippie disgrace who is demonstrably out of his mind.  They don’t care if some 44-45 year old dude still living in Arizona got away with harassing Phil Hendrie.  What is of material issue for them is that somebody (apparently anybody) swing for any crime, real or imagined, that they hear claimed by Phil “Stoner” Hendrie.  It simply and obviously must be a returned Mormon missionary and veteran of the Air National Guard.  Who needs facts when guesswork will suffice?

But wait!  There’s more!

Could Bob Shooton actually be Randal Dull?  I have a hard time believing somebody like Randal Dull could stoop so low.  Still..
