Coin Button – Suzo Happ Compatible

large_preview_DSCF0043.JPG

This pushbutton is compatible with Suzo-Happ long stem arcade buttons. The button spring, switch, and nut are interchangeable between the official arcade buttons and this one. This will also fit in the same housings or panels as the original Suzo-Happ buttons, as they are the same size. The actual button face is designed to emulate the look of a coin slot. This reproduction does not accept quarters and is instead primarily designed for use as an “add credit” button.

The following parts are required in addition to the 3D printable files provided:

The face of the button can also be inlaid with two separate colors as shown in the picture. If you would rather not inlay the button, use the “button” file which simply has the “25” label recessed. If you would like to use the inlay, use the “button w inlay” and “inlay” files together. The procedure for printing the inlay I used was based on Devon’s (Make Anything) method, which he discusses in his videos here:

The parts included may need to be aligned manually in your slicer before slicing each part individually. The inlay is .2mm thick. I used black and translucent red for my print. The “body” part includes a small hole at the switch end if for an LED to be added if you desire.
