ADVERTENCIA
TRANSLATION:
WARNING
The pieces “Lambda3D.stl”, “LambdaPlano.stl” and “Marco Lambda.stl” were scaled in “Cura” giving the X 160mm coordinate maintaining the proportionality in Y (This is how I printed it and it looks in the photo ). Percentage of scaling in X and Y 72.9% in “Cura”. You can use the proportions you want.
The piece “Marco Lambda.stl” is to glue a white paper (used one of 80g) and cover the LEDs to blur the light of these.
The piece “LambdaPlano.stl” is placed on the back to be able to stick to it all the cables and LEDs that are placed in the lamp. I have printed it with 12% fill.
The piece “Lambda3D.stl” is the lambda with 20mm height (Z axis) (careful when climbing the Y and X axis), it has been made with 12% padding and no need for support (Warping may appear).
The rest of the pieces have not changed the dimensions at the time of printing, you can scale them as you want but be careful when reducing the size (Care may appear warping), the circuit and batteries would not enter although it depends on the components you use.
I have used 5 RGB LEDs to generate the uniform illumination and the color orange.
I have attached everything with thermal glue except for the piece “Marco Lambda.st” that I used “Loctite super glue” to glue the paper and then the piece and the paper to the piece “Lambda3D.stl”.
I leave the FreeCad file so you can make modifications.
