I won a code on the PlayHearhtstone event (22.July.2022) and something went wrong. i think my mistake was that i wrote to the german support, becouse i talked to two different person the first one was Silanthlat who clearly read what i wrote, but the second one was Xambondar and he gave me basicly a copy pasta answere. my english isnt that good so i try to translate as good as i can. first i wrote that i won a giveaway on the official PlayHearthstone Event with a screenshot (i had to spam playhsSUS in the chat) i was happy to see that i got a massage and in the massage there was a code for a bundel. i gave in the code and the message poped up that the code is already used. so either PlayHearhtstone did a mistake and gave me and another guy the same code and accidentaly threw the other code in the trash or they gave me a code that was used earlier (before the event). so i wrote a ticket and “red” the code (schwärzen dont know the word in english) just to be sure it reaches the right person before i had to give the code the first guy told me that he needs the code so he can investigate what went wrong, but he didnt heard that something went wrong what doesent mean that he doesent believe me he says. and he trys to help as soon he gets my code. so i gave him the code with another screenshot without making it being red. and told him they just have to check the direct massages they did on twitch. so the guy that gave away the codes can check who got which code. or you guys check when the code got redeemed so you can check if the code was redeemed before the event. then the second guy comes in and im pretty sure that everything other 1 sentence is a copy pasta. he basicly says time flys its alredy half way of the year. thank you for waiting for the ticket at the moment we got alot to do becouse of diablo immortal. from your descrition it sounds that something was not “seriös” (wich translate to not serious but i dont think that google translates it right. nicht seriös means in that context someone you cant trust) or something went wrong. “Sprich das ging nicht von uns aus” wich means with other words its not on us (not our fault). thank you for the key so we could investigate. this key got already redeemed on another account from another person. the time of redeeming we cant tell you becouse of privacy reasons. but you can take this response to the place you got the code becouse we cant give a replacement for things that already bought or recevied. we cant check chats from other platforms (so he means twitch is the other platform they cant check??? what other place? arent you guys PlayHearthstone? this has to be a copy pasta) i waited 4 days just to get a copy pasta. at this point i lost all hope. i think i should have wrote the english support maybe i would have a better chance to get someone that actually can check what went wrong. i hope someone from playhearthstone reads this or maybe i should try to contact the english support? but im scared that i get the same response from there becouse apparently it takes too much work to actually check their private massages they sended that day to others. im sorry to bother you guys with my bad english but i hope you can help me submitted by /u/ChaosNuri |
