Driving heat map through vehicle telematics – October 7, 2022 at 10:13PM

Hi GIS community , I am having position data of 6 vehicles recieved through the vehicle telematics at every 1 minute in a CSV file.

I need to create a route map for all 6 vehicles and such that I can see them in a same map where each route is a different layer which can be toggled on and off.

I need your guidance in understanding if GIS tools can be used to obtain the desired results? If yes, then which is the best software to do so?
