Annual Average Single Family Detached Resale home prices by Municipal Planning Area in the Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area 2000-2008 (YTD Nov 2008).
10 dollars per meter. (Updated)
Dark Green = $23k – $100k
Green = $100k – $200k
Orange = $200k – $300k
Red = $300k+
These are not list prices but I could arrange that. Thought about breaking it down by MLS area or zip code but I have not yet got to that level of detail. Have not yet tried month to month changes. There are several possibilities.
I could possibly extend this to a regional or national level.
