Where is Syril Karn’s father? We don’t know officially, but actor Kyle Soller came up with a backstory for his characters long lost dad with Kathryn Hunter, who plays his mother in the series. In an interview with Slashfilm, he says they decided together that they think Syril’s father “Left really early on, in a real acrimonious, horrible way. And that was a real launchpad for how Eedy then parents Syril, which is by feeling wronged and her anger and grief and disappointment and frustration of him leaving just got filtered into Syril.” Check out the full interview on Slashfilm.com!
