Shooting Small Boat Targets From Helicopters • US Marines –

U.S. Marines with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 169 (HMLA-169) conduct an aerial gunnery exercise on maritime targets, while flying UH-1Y Venom helicopters off the coast of San Clemente Island, California on December 8, 2022. HMLA-169 is under the command of Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), based at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California.
