John Jason Fallows In His Own Words Part One
Oh what a tangled web we weave,

When first we practise to deceive!

Sir Walter Scott
Most of us heard this when we were in primary school. Yet it’s wisdom has failed to sink into the mind of John Fallows. He has made a terrible hash of things as a result of this failing and his pridefulness.
Ah well.
We’re going to go through John Jason’s posts on a Phil Hendrie Show Fans thread that he startedusing his real name on the Phil Hendrie Show Fan Forum.  The original thread is here.   You will also note the number of nauseating “supportive” posts that follow from John Jason’s sock accounts Roy Hutchins, JTS8320, ipokesmot (of course!),  and others.  The first line about Justin Luey vouching for him and agreeing that he is not ipokesmot is so funny it deserves it’s own post.  We’ll pick it up here . . .
I did not know he was slandering me on the air until about a month after it started because I was too busy to even listen to the show. So it was around the first week of March that I noticed it had been going on for about a month. I was shocked. Couldn’t figure out how I got the blame for the actions of others.”
That’s a lie.  Not only do we now know John is behind thousands of posts on the Phil Hendrie Show Fans site, he created an account there using his real name on February 25, 2013.  He was too busy to listen to the show but not too busy to create an account on a message board on which he claimed to be a newcomer a few months later?

Again, anybody with even average intelligence on the forum knows you are wrong. Especially Roy Hutchins, JTS8320, and certainly ipokesmot.  Justin Luey knows I’m innocent.  JUST ASK HIM!  Again, the last week of February was also the first week of March in 2013.  Also, that username has zero posts.  How much of an amateur are you?  Somebody obviously WAS listening all month and thought it would be a real laugh riot to get that username.  BECAUSE PHIL WAS MENTIONING IT ALL MONTH!

It’s also one of John’s clumsy attempts at obfuscation by mixing up tenses in such a fashion he figures most people will not put forth the effort to figure it out.  In that he is probably right.  “So it was around the first week of March I noticed it had been going on for about a month” is utter obfuscating nonsense.

Actually it is factual.  Around the first week of March I started reading and listening to all of the misinformation that had been going on for about a month.  Adult literacy classes may be available in your area.

Read all about the chatroom here.   By the way some of the participants there really should pick their friends better.
“Lets play a little thought experiment. Suppose Phil is wrong. Would you advocate him slandering and libeling a private individual on the air and the internet?”
Let’s play a little thought experiment. Suppose the people who outed you, John, are not complete morons and actually had sufficient evidence before they named you in public?  Oh yeah, you can’t comprehend ethics because you don’t have any.  Experimentally think some more and ponder this question:  Would any sane person be civil to a lying little weasel who lacks the balls and the integrity to own up and make amends?  Stretch those thoughts to the outer limits and suppose good lawyers don’t try their cases on Twitter.

If it’s not on Twitter it doesn’t exist at all!  — John Jason Fallows

“So far there have been no consequences beyond the comical.”

I noticed you avoided the question entirely.  Is Phil infallible?  There is no credible proof that I am ips. I’d like to know who outed me.  Then I would know who not to hire to out you.  But you are right, good lawyers don’t litigate on twitter.  I imagine even Phil’s attorney knows there is not a shred of credible evidence that I am ips.  Have you let the world know that you are a liar yet?
