The latest baseless accusation from braindead has-been Phil Henrie is that I am corresponding with him or his  immature blogger stooge using the email address johnjasonfallows@myway.com.  I contacted myway.com and told them I was being impersonated.  They replied thus:

Hi john jason fallows,
Per your message, we have deactivated the account. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Then I asked them if they could give me any information on the user that I could provide to Phil and they replied:

Per our Privacy Policy, and the laws that govern them, we are unable to provide subscriber information without a subpoena or warrant.

Hey Phil you want to ‘cinch up’ and subpoena myway.com?  How about sending Twitter a subpoena?  No?  Not sure?  Is there no limit to your incompetence?

But don’t worry.  I’m sure more baseless accusations are in the pipeline from the fat stoner.
