Hi We need two simple changes making to our site. 1.) We currently have a banner that is meant to appear above the site title/navigation bar (header section). Currently this works on mobile devices but on desktop it isnt displaying correctly… (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, Website Design, WordPress)
