“This is my own private domicile, and I will not be harassed … bitch.” Okay, Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) actually said that about the Winnebago on Breaking Bad, but the sentiment’s the same. You can actually hang up your cross stitch with that saying at the Pinkman residence, because the home that used to belong to the character’s Aunt Ginny is now on sale.
The two-story, 3,500-square-foot Spanish colonial, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has four bedrooms, two porches, and stone-framed doors, windows, and fireplaces. Its current asking price is $1.6 million, far more than the $400,000 Jesse paid, via Saul (Bob Odenkirk), to buy the house in Season 3.
On the show, the house underwent numerous renovations and repairs. The basement was used as both a temporary jail cell and meth lab, and the ceiling suffered extensive damage when Jesse tried to decompose a body with hydrofluoric acid in the bathtub. Later, Jesse threw a multi-day party that left the house covered in debris and graffiti.

Susan C. Feil and Alicia Feil Peterson, associate brokers for Coldwell Banker, are the agents selling the home (“meth lab not included”), which has been renovated in real life, too. After the home had been sold, the show recreated the interior for the party scene.
“The neighborhood is known for its wide boulevards, tree-lined streets, and the beautifully authentic architecture of the early 20th century,” according to the listing site. While Peterson tells Today that the neighborhood isn’t known for its ragers, owners may still find some diehard Breaking Bad fans showing up to get a peek at Jesse’s home. It’s one of the spots on the “BaD” trolley tour, along with Walter White’s house, the car wash, Tuco’s headquarters, and Saul Goodman’s law offices. At least people won’t be throwing pizzas on the roof, like at the Whites’ house.
