USS Gerald R. Ford Commissioned as Navy’s Newest Carrier

Senior government and defense leaders took part in the commissioning ceremony for the USS Gerald R. Ford, the Navy’s newest nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, named in honor of the 38th president.
