Successful applicants will demonstrate a proven record of advising and representing individuals who have been denied employer or union-sponsored pensions or other retirement savings plan benefits; will be well-established, known presences in their respective professional communities; and will have the capacity to provide services under the Pension Counseling & Information Program on a national basis.
