I had done a lot of searching for ANY models of Nanaki and found that the only ones at all, anywhere, were here on Thingiverse. The models, however, while accurate to the world models from Final Fantasy VII, weren’t very suitable for 3D printing as they had several areas of nonmanifoldness, gaps in the polygons, polygons sticking through other polygons, and areas overall much too thin to 3D print successfully. I imported the version by Cestymour into blender to do a retopology pass, cleaning up all the faces, strengthening areas that needed more ‘meat’ to them while keeping as close to true to the original world model as possible.
