This is just an alternative to printing the male side of the masterspool that it’s remixed from.
You can print out two of the plate-only (female) sides from ChrisAdamson19’s file and three of these connectors (printed on their sides, so they feel a lot stronger to me) to lock the spool together. BE SURE to follow his advise and use filament or paperclips to lock the connectors into the sides.
It seems to me that if any piece of the spool were to break, it’d likely be the posts between the sides, so I wanted to make it so they’re easily replaced.
