Ender-5 Flex Shaft (Spindle) Adapter

Flex Shaft holder for the Creality-3D Ender-5.

Used to convert your 3D printer to a light CNC.

The Flex Shaft:

• This is the very cheap model.
• Unmount the sliding top by unscrewing it (opposite direction thread!).
• If there is a lateral play, pull the axis out and stick a single layer of aluminium tape around the bearings.

Printing:

Print upside-down as shown on the attached picture.

No supports Needed.

Use Thick walls.

Flat Headed screws needed:

• 2 * M3x23
• 3 * M3.5×19 – Wood type
• 1 * M3x9
• 1 * M3x6
