Please have a look at the enclosed 3d file for printing, free for ALL use and /or manufacturing.

3d printing is a slow process, it takes time, and it is thousands to be made. That is why I have looked upon reducing material use, print time, hence costs. The print material on each is 15.8 grams of PETG.

Suited for small printers

A lot of of home makers have small printers with small print beds and there was in the makers community in Norway asked for a file that was suited for small bed printers. Here it is.

The file 3d file is designed in a folded state, suitable on small printers with 140 x 140 mm prinbed. The print is 126 mm x 115 mm. When you unfold the frame it will fit for use onto a horizontal A4 transparent sheet. Use a standard 4-hole puncher /office equipment to make the holes as the frame is adapted to these 80 x 80 x 80 x 80 holes

Clean assembly

When assembling, be clean. Arrange to assemble in clean conditions, wearing gloves and protective masks. You may not now if you are infected yet. Assume you are!

The file is designed in Autodesk Inventor. I will leave a step file as well. Free use.
