Blizzard CS is aware, from their twitter.

I got kicked from a game, and Battlenet can’t get online again. So this is a server issue that may affect other games. I don’t know if CN and EU are affected right now.

Edit:
Maybe they are being DDOS’ed for publicly declaring that Black Live Matter but Asian Lives Don’t Matter at all if it costs Blizzard money.
