I would like to be able to have code in Java that I can input a GPS Lat Lon and a distance in miles, and I want it to be able to determine all areas on the map that are line of sight from the Lat Lon with in the distance on the entered in miles… (Budget: $30 – $250 USD, Jobs: Cartography & Maps, Data Mining, Geolocation, Geospatial, Java)
