k40 Laser Cooling Pump Mounting Brackets!

large_preview_DIY3DTech_Laser_Cooling_Pu

These are mounting brackets we designed to attach a 12 volt (DC) pump to our eBay K40 CO2 Laser as I felt uncomfortable droping a Chinese pump with 120 volts in a bucket of water. So this seems to make more sense as it moves 1.8 liters per/min and planing to use power from the laser from itself to drive the pump. There are a couple versions:

  1. http://diy3dtech.com/co2_laser_water_pump_w-power-supply as this version comes with its own 12volt power supply so you don’ have t open the laser and do any wiring.

  2. http://diy3dtech.com/co2_laser_water_pump_without-power-supply as this version is half the price of the first, yet you will need to come up with your own power solution.

In addition there are two versions, a large (29mm) and small (27.3mm) with the first being designed to fit over the metal bushing that comes with the motors and the smaller version fits over the bear motor. Worth note, do not cover then vent holes at the back of the motor.
