This part is a custom replacement part for a vintage Stanley 82901 router base. The original part had succumbed to years of abuse and cracked. The odd design choice to have the adjustment screw for this router be a sacrificial plastic part is rather puzzling. However 3D printing to the rescue.
This part was modeled after the original using Fusion360. I have included the original CAD file as well as the .OBJ, .STL, and .gcode for my Creality ender3.
