Respirateur portatif V3

aérateur individuel portable avec filtre, adaptable sur cagoule (voir pattron dans la version 2) et combinaison semi étanchee. (ceci n’est pas un équipement médical) .

modifications et amélioration depuis la version 2 :

• fixation des sangles, plus solide et simplifiée.
• remplacement de la grille par un couvercle (prise d’air en chicane), pour éviter que le filtre soit mouillé par la pluie, les postillons, par du désinfectant pulvérisé…
• retour à une forme carré, moins esthétique, mais rends la fabrication du filtre et son installation, plus facile, plus rapide et plus étanche.
• une fixation par clips remplace les 3 vis de facade (moins de pièces additionnelles nécessaires)

modifications and improvements since version 2:

• straps fixing, more solid and simplified.
• replacement of the grid by a cover (air intake in baffle), to prevent the filter from being wet by rain, postillions, by sprayed disinfectant …
• return to a square shape, less aesthetic, but make the manufacture of the filter and its installation, easier, faster and more waterproof.
• fixing by clips replaces the 3 front screws (less additional parts required).

Necessary material :

• 4 steel bolts, 4 to 5 cm long and 4 mm in diameter (+ 4 bolts adapted). the head of the bolts should preferably be flat.
• glue suitable for 3D printing plastic (for PLA: neoprene or cianoacrylate or epoxy contact glue or hot glue or polyvinyl glue with quick setting).
• a computer fan 8 cm by 8 cm and 2.6 cm thick or less.
  
  a 12 V battery suitable for the fan (check the fan amperage).
