- Still WIP, probably too thin and fragile.
- Use only if exposure can’t be avoided and proper equipment is unavailable.
- This mask is NOT approved for any use by any agency, use at your own risk.
- We’ve failed to find filter materials that would block the banana scent used in fit-testing
- Print in PLA (no supports, raft doesn’t matter)
- Print mask and cup separately (mask quality will deteriorate otherwise)
- Printing in a light color helps see that the mask is flush with your skin
- Dip printed mask in hot water and form fit it to your face, repeat as necessary
- Paint the mask to seal the tiny cracks that are present in all 3d prints
- Skin must touch the mask in a continuous line around nose and mouth
- Use two rubber bands to secure the mask onto your face, more tension will help
