UPDATE: 2020/03/25 11PM – Added a universal strap, just print the strap in TPU and use the tightener, or 3 to tighten the strap like goggles. Or anyway you like. I have not tested the new strap.
*****To properly seal the mask to your face, use some sort of sealer. I tried weather stripping for windows, and it works really well. Soft TPU or rubber should work as well.
***Filters: They recommend surgical masks cutouts, makeup cotton circles, or other things that help filter small particles. See NanoHack info on filters.
DIMENSIONS: 1:1 print from inside mask chin to inside mask nose is 100mm. I think the original design was for a smaller female. Size accordingly all parts to scale.
Remix of NanoHack and https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/masque-de-protection-covid-19-epi-equipement-individuel-de-secours
Reoriented for easier printing with supports, and made double filter version.
The double filter version 2nd filter requires a backward threaded tapa.stl printed.
Also added TPU straps that go around ear, working on strap tightening mechanism now
