The Sith bandit in the Star Wars: Visions short, The Duel, has a very over the top lightsaber. A spoked wheel with the ability to open up like an umbrella, extend seven blades, and spin around. The novel Ronin by Emma Candon goes into how it works. The Sith of this alternate Star Wars universe use what are called lightsaber auxiliaries. Basically objects the Sith can insert their lightsaber into, which will then change its properties. We can see the Bandit removing her actual lightsaber from the device in the short. So there aren’t seven kyber crystals in that thing. It’s just affecting her one, actual blade, and splitting it into seven parts. The Ronin’s lightsaber scabbard is also described as an auxiliary. There is also one described in the book that is reminiscent of a folding fan.
