Good afternoon!
I am new to hiking as an intense hobby. I just discovered the AllTrails app this summer and it’s helped me find great trails.
Monday I want to try a trail with my friend. The reviews warn there is no cell signal on the trail and some of the markings can be easy to miss. I bought the app so I could use trails offline. How do I ensure when we start the trail on the app it will continue to run once we lose signal?
My impression is once we ‘start’ the trail, in the app, the app will continue to update us?
