FKING LEGEND – JAMES WILSON has designed this mask. So, if you have a 3d printer, but its too small to print a face mask, james has solved this problem. This has been designed to print a full size face shield, on a print bed of 140x140x140.

To achieve this, its designed to be printed out of position. After printing, you dip it in boiling water and bend it into shape.

See the thermoforming video here. https://youtu.be/3pviuv_Iv_8

Needs printing on a raft, supports disabled, standard print speed or slower.

Use sharp knife to remove raft.

Thermoforming as per the video with boiling water, dip for no longer than 7 seconds.

Probably also need to warn them that boiling water is hot! So take care.
